FIXING OF OUR FEES
In accordance with the National Rules of Procedure for lawyers, the firm's fees are set according to the financial situation of the client, the difficulty of the case, the costs incurred by the Firm and the diligence to be carried out.
Before any intervention, the Firm's fees will be discussed with the client and will be the subject of the signing of a fee agreement.
Cabinet fees are subject to 20% VAT.
The terms and conditions for setting the firm's fees
The time spent:
The amount of the fees will be based on the number of hours spent by the Firm on the file. A statement will be sent to you each month on the number of time already spent on the file.
The lump sum fee:
The fee is fixed from the start of the procedure according to a fixed price previously established between the Firm and you.

Legal aid:
Part or all of the lawyers' fees may be taken into account by the State depending on your resources, your movable and immovable assets.
This aid is granted after filing an application for legal aid.

The firm accepts legal aid
Your legal protection insurance:
Have you taken out a legal protection contract with an insurance company? Some or all of your attorney's fees may be covered by this insurance.
A majority of home insurance contracts provide legal protection, find out from your insurance.
Your protection will not be able to impose a lawyer on you.
Ease of payment :
Fees can be paid by bank transfer or check. Depending on the customer's situation, they may be paid in several instalments.
Fees charged by the Firm
Consultation :
The first telephone or physical consultation will be invoiced to the Customer 80 € HT
Private consultation followed by the drafting of a letter of formal notice: 150 to 600 € HT
Professional consultation followed by the writing of a letter of formal notice: 200 to 800 € HT
Written legal consultation: Depending on the documents and the complexity of the file
